Incredible Podcast! I really enjoyed this podcast. The episodes are short and to the point but also relatable. I felt that we can all identify with whatโs being said and there are some great tips for moving forward. As some who struggles with depression, this has helped me a lot. Thank you for doing this!

โThe name of this podcast made me curious after searching for positive ways on handling life and overcoming a feeling of overwhelm. Thank you so much. You remind me of alternative ways of resolving issues within short and simplified episodes. Also, I appreciate your honesty in dealing with your own issues. I really appreciate your inner monkey podcast, which has proved a helpful support in such a short time of discovering it (2 weeks). Thanks, again.โ

โCalming and insightful. Inner Monkey is quickly becoming my favorite podcast. I kinda wish I had this to listen to when I was a student. I always thought that these "traits" which prevent me from being who I think I could be are just who I am. This podcast helps me understands I can actually do something about it. I don't have to give in to my monkey (so much so that I've become the monkey!) And Daniel provides such practical and actionable advices. It always makes me so happy and hopeful listening to him!โ

โI absolutely love this. Every episode addresses situations I face daily. The idea of giving that subconscious madness a name and personality has really helped to see things in a new perspective. Thank you for the podcast and keep it up.โ
